New Digital Invites

These digital invites are a fantastic way to save money and the environment.

For one flat fee, you will receive your digital invite with QR code and link, which can be sent to an unlimited number of guests.

The QR code and link, directs your attendees to your R.S.V.P form, where they can input their responses, other info such as allergies and special requirements and can include any other questions and information you feel you need, such as dress code, info on gifts and more.

  • Digital Invite

    Your digital invite will contain all the normal information you'd expect to include in a normal, flat invitation. It will be designed to match your theme if you are ordering other items from me, or you can choose a design from the ever growing collection of suites I provide.

  • QR Code & Link

    Your digital invite will include a QR code and a link. You can include the link so those that can't scan QR codes can still respond digitally. Your digital invite can be sent via email, messenger, WhatsApp or any other method you choose. You can even print the invite and send to those less able to access online services.

  • R.S.V.P Form

    Your QR code and link will direct your attendees to your own R.S.V.P form. Here they will be able to input their responses, names of those attending and fill in responses to any other questions you choose include, such as allergy information, special requirements and more.

Your R.S.V.P makes managing your attendees easier

You will have access to your R.S.V.P form online, where you will be able to see all responses collated into an easy to manage admin section that I will add you to.

You can switch off accepting responses when your R.S.V.P due date arrives and all your information will viewable in a handy spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet will enable you to see all responses and names of attendees in one, cohesive list that has been generated for you. This will make it much easier to create table plans and place cards, thank you cards and more.

I will host your R.S.V.P form until you tell me you've exported all the finalised information, or just after your wedding, whichever comes first.
